Factory new 3 HP Indoor rated deluxe brewery chiller all in one system with Copland hermetic compressor. (we also have several outdoor factory new 5 HP Pro / JCY chillers as well) The application temp range is as cold as 25F, to as warm as 70F LGT. Unit is 208/230 volt single PowerPoint power connection. Jacketed 3.5 BBL fermenters, manufactured 2015, never actually used. Held in storage for expansion project that never came to fruition. Posting cut sheet here, photos and parts lists available upon request. Some assembly of pipes, valves etc required. Purchaser responsible for moving the fermenters, but we can recommend a local rigger/mover. Asking $4200 each (asking $12,600 for all three, but flexible if you purchase all three).

I am selling this 2015 Specific Mechanical 40 BBL 3-Vessel Brewhouse. It has an oversized mash/lauter tun w/rakes & plow and a steel's masher. The kettle is 45 BBL with an external steam fed calandria. Includes whirlpool vessel, hard piping, controls, heat exchanger, pumps, fittings, and valves. The heat exchanger is dual media. The mash tun has an underlet flushing system with under jets. The mash tun also has a bottom knife slide grain out manway.  Although the system is oversized, with the external calandria you can do half batches, giving you tons of flexibility.  System has a VFO manifold for brewhouse pumps. The tanks have lights, sample ports on the kettle,  and multiple recirculation points. Email me for more pictures and the schematics. The brewhouse is located in Pittsboro, IN.
