Up for sale is this awesome Taproom Cooler previously used by Green Flash Brewing in their San Diego taproom. We picked this up last year with the goal of expanding our on-site taproom/storage but have decided to go in a different direction with offsite storage. Let our loss be your gain! This cooler is ridiculously cool. It has a 32 tap wall with ALL of the draft equipment included. This includes 32 keg connectors, draft lines and CO2 lines for 32 taps, required splitters, and even 32 FOBs (foam-on-beer detectors)! It even has the glass sprayers ready to go. Everything is in great condition. Condenser and evaporator fans are all included as well. It has a walk-in door on one side, a forklift door on the other side, and a full glass walk-in door on the front (Green Flash used this as a reach-in). There’s even a sink!...

7HP G&D Multi Stage Chiller (GD-7x7H) purchased new in 2017. This chiller was in use until 2020 when a larger capacity chiller was needed and has been stored inside since. When decommissioned, the unit was working well. It has since been evaluated and one of the expansion valves might need to be replaced, but cannot confirm until it is hooked up and operational. 10 BBL Brewhouse. very efficient and well built. Mash is oversized and well insulated. The kettle in indirect fire with an internal heat tube and burner on the back. This is also incredibly efficient and set up for propane but could easily be converted to natural gas. The complete system comes with a single stage heat exchanger, two pumps and many many fittings and hoses. The tanks are for sale individually as well.
