I am selling this 2015 Specific Mechanical 40 BBL 3-Vessel Brewhouse. It has an oversized mash/lauter tun w/rakes & plow and a steel's masher. The kettle is 45 BBL with an external steam fed calandria. Includes whirlpool vessel, hard piping, controls, heat exchanger, pumps, fittings, and valves. The heat exchanger is dual media. The mash tun has an underlet flushing system with under jets. The mash tun also has a bottom knife slide grain out manway. Although the system is oversized, with the external calandria you can do half batches, giving you tons of flexibility. System has a VFO manifold for brewhouse pumps. The tanks have lights, sample ports on the kettle, and multiple recirculation points. Email me for more pictures and the schematics. The brewhouse is located in Pittsboro, IN. This is a great 2 vessel brewhouse that I brewed on for about a year at the now-defunct Rocket Republic Brewery in Madison, AL. I loved it so much that I acquired it a few months ago as what would have been a massive upgrade for my little electric 5-bl system at the brewery I own in Decatur, AL. Unfortunately, due to the constraints of my historical 2-story building, I cannot install it without structural modifications to the building that is beyond my budget. This system can handle between 7bb and just barely 20bbl low to medium gravity batches. If you really squeeze it, you can brew a 20 bbl medium-gravity batch using foam control to prevent boilovers. We have a 3 BBL Premier Stainless pilot system including 4 unitanks, 4 brites, heat exchanger, cellar package, chiller, on demand water heaters, etc - everything you'd need for a cherry pilot set up.
