For sale are (5) 30BBL SMT (North Carolina) Brite Tanks. Due to the layout of our space, one is slightly shorter/wider than the others, but all are of identical design. Each tank features a manway, CIP arm, temp controller, 2 side ports, and 1 bottom port. All 1.5″ TC. Each tank also has a vertical sight glass and volume markings. All tanks are jacketed and insulated. NOTE: One tank has received a jacket repair (see photos) but is perfectly functional. Another tank has some slight deformation inside but is also perfectly functional. The two tanks with imperfections are $3,000 each. The three others are $5,000 each. If you’d like to purchase the lot, the price is flexible.

Never used Columbia Boiler. 40 HP 2,250,000 BTU/hr. Was intended for a big brewery expansion with a 30 bbl brew system, but costs got to high and we had to abandon those plans. We received it in august of 2022, and it's just been in storage ever since. Asking 35K. Price is negotiable.
