We are a small husband and wife owned micro brewery near Galena, IL looking for its next owner. Profitable since day one, owners are looking to make a move south. Located in the town of Elizabeth, IL (approx. 800), 15 minutes to Galena, IL (approx. 3500) with over 1 million tourists each year, and 15 minutes to Chestnut Mountain Resort (ski hill). Business is setup for someone who wants to be an owner/operator. Knowledge/ability and want to brew by owner is vital to continued success and profitability. The building is a former Presbyterian church erected in 1875. The brewhouse is located on taproom level, basement consists of fermentation and cellaring.
