I am selling this 2015 Specific Mechanical 40 BBL 3-Vessel Brewhouse. It has an oversized mash/lauter tun w/rakes & plow and a steel's masher. The kettle is 45 BBL with an external steam fed calandria. Includes whirlpool vessel, hard piping, controls, heat exchanger, pumps, fittings, and valves. The heat exchanger is dual media. The mash tun has an underlet flushing system with under jets. The mash tun also has a bottom knife slide grain out manway.  Although the system is oversized, with the external calandria you can do half batches, giving you tons of flexibility.  System has a VFO manifold for brewhouse pumps. The tanks have lights, sample ports on the kettle,  and multiple recirculation points. Email me for more pictures and the schematics. The brewhouse is located in Pittsboro, IN. Just outside of Indianapolis.

Upgrading to a larger brewing system so selling our 2 bbl brewing system that includes a double walled direct fire propane brew kettle and mash tun/combi tank. Also included is a heat exchanger and 2, 2bbl and 1, 1.5 bbl fermenters. We have used this system for 4 and a half years and it makes great beer. Can be split up for sale. Flex-Flo Model 500 grain auger.  Approximately 60 feet of coil, drive motor and boot/ transfer plate for hopper. Operates on a 20 amp 220V circuit. Uses Flex Flo 500 PVC pipe which can be ordered from Flex Flo to fit your layout. The bearing and end unit have been replaced.
