A. Specific Mechanical Systems Brewhouse
– 8 ½ BBL (10 HL) copper clad Brewkettle/Whirlpool with flanged and dished top head with top manway and steam exhaust flue, two steam heat transfer panels (one on side, one on bottom) with inlet and outlet fittings
– Vessel includes tangential inlet for whirlpool, bottom entry wort inlet (entry through lowest point on kettle side), wort outlet with s/s butterfly valve, separate trub outlet with s/s butterfly valve
– CIP spray ball and down tube
– Three s/s legs
– Copper clad Mash/Lauter Tun with side manway, removable stainless steel
top lid, 2 piece removable v-wire false bottom, butterfly drain valve.
– Includes grist hydrator, and lauter/sparge arm assemblies.

– 11 port swing-link (with 2 links) diverter/link panel with two centrifugal
pumps with VFD(208/230V, 3 phase, 60Hz motors) controls. This is the brewhouse workstation. Process flow lines are hard plumbed with stainless steel into this work station to allow for easy and sanitary control of wort flow.
– Stainless steel grant – provides a buffer for the pump during mash tun recirculation and run-off.
– Plate heat exchanger-Alfa Laval Model T5-MFG

B. Grain Handling
– Two roller grain mill made by Specific with 208/230V, 3 phase, 60Hz
motor – 1.5Hp – S.S. Grist hopper with manual slide with ceiling mounting holes on top rim

-2 glycol zones, adjustable racking arm, blowoff arm, spray ball, carbonation stones, pressure vacuum relief and adjustable tank leveling pads
