This is a 2,250 or 2,500 gallon tank. I know I had 2,250 in it and it wasn't full. It supposedly is jacketed, though I never used it. I bought on probrewer years ago from a guy on long island. I used it for homogenization. Stainless inside, as shown. CIP ball. If you contact via phone, text first. Last time I had it full was a year ago. It was fine. Been living outside. I bought this cider press from one mile down the road at the old Octagon Farm. He said he bought it from some guy in the Adirondacks back in the early 90's. Don't know much about them, other than it seems these were purpose built in the NorthEast specifically for hard cider production. I have old parts with a pulley/belt system that would suggest it used to operate on a hit/miss motor. This is PERFECT for a cider centerpiece at a farm cidery/winery/brewery. Video linked to show it in action. We took our time and uninstalled it piece by piece jackhammered it out of the floor, moved it down the road and reinstalled with new parts where applicable. Old military tank is the hydraulic fluid reserve currently. The hydraulic cylinder goes down like 4 feet into the floor and presses upwards against a stainless steel plate that we had made...

Serco Hydraulic Dock Leveler Purchased 5 years ago from Hermit Thrush Brewery, it was at their warehouse which was an old Pepsi plant. They removed this leveler. I never installed it.
