Recently had a minor service in March as well for replacement of the ball valve. The unit works great, & we have all the maintenance documents for the past 3 years available should you require. Fire Sale - also have pH/conductivity Orion A211 $500 (would want new probes) and some other lab equipment.  Tanks and stainless tables and misc parts too. Purchased to run Alcs (obviously) and ended up needing to send samples out for analysis anyways due to changes preventing in house testing.  High end model that has the auto shut off if you forget to turn it off.
