Complete Brewmation 7bbl brew system.  Purchased in 2014.  300 gallon HLT, mash/lauter tun, kettle.  Electric 208/230V three phase.  Touch screen controls with pump rack. Includes one 7bbl brite tank, two 7bbl fermenters.  Tanks each have an individual Ranco temperature controller.  Mueller AT10-150 heat exchanger rated to 30bbl. 1.5hp brew pump.  Comes with all hoses and fittings. Also available for additional cost 330 feet of Georg Fischer CoolFit 90mm(3") glycol piping with 19 32mm(1") drops, 15 of which have 110V electric ball valves.  We have the necessary fittings to adapt the piping to another system.  Control panel has a 200 amp panel in it.  Just removed from service cleaned.   Buyer responsible for arranging loading and shipping.  We have a forklift and loading dock and can assist.  The system is on pallets and ready to ship.

Turn Key 7BBL System Ready to Ship After sitting on this equipment for the past 2 years, we have finally decided it is time to give it a new lease on life. This equipment was purchased in a bankruptcy sale, when a long running brew pub in Montreal had to close its doors...

Fully remodeled in 2022 with new Deutsche 3 vessel brewhouse, 15bbl HLT, steam boiler, glycol system, full kitchen with stove/hood all installed new in 2022.  4 7bbl FV + 2 14 bbl FVs paired with matching brite tanks that double as serving tanks. Available storage facility (can be included in sale for additional amount) close by at separate location that is licensed as a storage depot with the State that has additional cold storage and dry storage.  Currently also set up as a coffee roasting facility with installed Diedrich IR-5 roaster (roasting equip will be sold separately). Also open to investment/partnership, particularly from someone with the brewing ability that wants to run the brewing program.

This grundy tank served us well as a serving tank in our walk-in for a few years.  We needed space so we need to move it along.  The tank holds pressure well and is bolted to a 35" x 35" steel base.  Send a message with any questions. Four 7 bbl Grundy tanks in working condition. They have worked great for us for years, but we have decided to part with some of them to clear up some cooler space for kegs. There is a 5th one missing a gasket on top, we would be willing to part with that one at a lower price. $1,250/per tank $1000/tank without gasket Delivery can be arranged inside the state of Wisconsin. Willing to negotiate if a buyer wants to purchase all of them.
