15 bbl Steam Fired 2 vessel brewhouse for sale This has been an absolute workhorse for us. This is an older DME system, including Mash Tun, steam fired Kettle, grant, pumps, HX and controls. Pumps are currently wired for 230/3ph power. This is a very reliable, but manual system, if you want it to flow or stop flowing, you are turning a valve. We have used this for 7 years, and put out about 2,000 bbls per year on it. Mash tun includes grist hydrator, plates, grant, pump, vorlauf piping, and all you need to make wort. Kettle is steam jacketed, bottom, side low, side high (3 jackets). Kettle includes valves and piping for HX arrangement, however we are selling with a different Heat Exchanger than we have been using for 7 years, so some re-piping will likely be needed. 4000 BPH monoblock, counter-pressure, filler Comac Line for sale. We are transitioning our package line up entirely to cans and will no longer have a need for bottles around March. This line will be available to ship around then when we end up decommissioning. The major parts were all replaced back in 2022 (gearbox, clutches, sensors, etc.) and the line will include an array of spare pneumatics. Line includes infeed conveyor, cold glue labeler (body and neck labels), outfeed conveyor, and booster pump. We have the machine in good operating conditioning before we took it offline. We purchased this unit in 2019 and used it to manually can our beers for carry-out sales and it's been a workhorse. We've replaced the rollers twice to keep seams in spec. Has not been used in awhile, but was working fine last time used. The power switch on the side should be replaced, as currently it comes on when plugged in, but the switch is easily available on Digi-Key and snaps in to the cutout in the side of the unit. Electrical connections are spade lugs that slide right on with pliers/needle-nose.
