Turn your craft brewery dream into reality with this system! We are the 3rd owners to have successfully started AND outgrown this system. It's not the prettiest 7bbl brewhouse but it has cranked out award winning beer for years. Included is a direct fire kettle, mash tun, heat exchanger, grist hydrator, and open top twinned vessel. We used the twinned vessel as a hot liquor tank but it is actually a 7bbl steam jacketed kettle and mash tun combo as well. I'm having difficulty loading pics, happy to provide more upon request. (3) available – These are used Prospero SK 15 bbl conical jacketed fermenters with cooling zones on the sidewall and cone. These tanks were built in 2012 and remain in great shape. They were installed in a small brewpub that closed during covid and the tanks have been in dry indoor storage since that time. They are outfitted with side manway, racking arm and CIP / blowoff arm. They have four legs with cross braces and adjustable footpads. They will be offered with valves. Cost to add a carbstone port and stone – $300/tank. Dimensions of two of these tanks are 56″ od x 10′ tall. The third tank was built and installed at the same time but was designed with 50″ od x 10’6″ tall dimensions. 3 available – price is per tank. we have not had a need for these large tanks that we thought we had. 2 Horizontal Lagering or Brite Tanks Approx 60-70 BBL One is dimple jacket chilled and the other is internal plate chilled Both tanks are fully clad and painted for indoor or outdoor use. These are rock solid tanks Nothing like the imported thin tanks, these are incredibly heavy and the doors are like a vault door. Asking $8,300 and $9,000 OBO and will do a package deal as well. Walked in cooler that was never installed at a Hy-Vee, we bought off auction in 2020. Reconstructed by us from scratch at that point. Works great and we will continue to use if we can’t find a buyer. We built a new addition that includes a large fridge so we don’t have need for it. Holds great at 33°F to 42°F. Compressor and lighting all new in 2020. Roof is sealed for outdoor use. Frequency of the display did not allow me to show the temperature in picture (see video) but it was holding steady at 36° today which it does whether it’s 115 above or 10 below. At 10 below you need to add some sort of heater inside to run intermittently. We can help load with skid steer but plan to rent a Lull to help with loading, ideally on same day as freezer also listed. Available June...

I have 5 Letina variable capacity jacketed fermenting tanks available. These have the floating lids which allows you to adjust the size of the tank to meet your needs. Mathmatically these will hold 256G (37" diameter, 55" tall) to the brim. However, I picked these up from a brewery in 2021 who was doing 7bbl batches in these. With everything going on we were just not able to get our brewery up and going. Only looking to get what I have in them. Hopefully someone starting up can make use of these. Features Tanks are on casters, Easy to move around I will include boxes of tri clover sanitary butterfly valves, ferrules, caps, elbows, fittings, and thermometers. Local pickup only and would prefer to see them go as a set.
