Have any questions or inquires, text or call me, names Ryan- 443 938 0043. East coast 8am to 8pm. Keg washer is branded by Shandong Yuesheng Beer Equipment CO but is not manufactured by them. I've bought equipment before from Shandong Yuesheng Beer Equipment before, my brew house, fermenters, brite tanks, Mill and CIP. Ordered more fermenters and a keg cleaner, then covid hit, budget was stretched, ended up closing. We have chosen NOT to reopen. Unit has never been used, Siemens touch screen display and siemens PLC, fully programmable. Unit uses electric heat for both its reservoirs. 208 volt 3 phase 15kw requires 50 amp service. Requires compressed air for operation to include water hookup and CO2. Full SS construction. Its a solid machine, was meant to save money in the long run vs paying for kegs to be cleaned of site. (3) available – These are used Prospero SK 15 bbl conical jacketed fermenters with cooling zones on the sidewall and cone. These tanks were built in 2012 and remain in great shape. They were installed in a small brewpub that closed during covid and the tanks have been in dry indoor storage since that time. They are outfitted with side manway, racking arm and CIP / blowoff arm. They have four legs with cross braces and adjustable footpads. They will be offered with valves. Cost to add a carbstone port and stone – $300/tank. Dimensions of two of these tanks are 56″ od x 10′ tall. The third tank was built and installed at the same time but was designed with 50″ od x 10’6″ tall dimensions. 3 available – price is per tank. we have not had a need for these large tanks that we thought we had. 2 Horizontal Lagering or Brite Tanks Approx 60-70 BBL One is dimple jacket chilled and the other is internal plate chilled Both tanks are fully clad and painted for indoor or outdoor use. These are rock solid tanks Nothing like the imported thin tanks, these are incredibly heavy and the doors are like a vault door. Asking $8,300 and $9,000 OBO and will do a package deal as well. We have approximately 33 nine foot sections of GF Cool-Fit piping, 90mm (3") ID with 32mm (1") ID drops. It was the piping for our glycol system which was used for a 30bbl system with six fermenters, two brite tanks, a 30bbl CLT and a 7bbl pilot system with two 7bbl fermenters, a 7bbl brite and 2 15bbl Uni-tanks. There are 19 drops and 15 of them have the 110V electric ball valves. The return lines all have manual shutoff valves. There are eight 90 degree elbows in 90mm and four 90mm shutoff valves. Comes with hangers for every four feet of pipe, extra fittings for the 32mm and 90mm piping including 42 90mm couplings for gluing the sections of pipe together so it can be cut to fit your application. I have 5 Letina variable capacity jacketed fermenting tanks available. These have the floating lids which allows you to adjust the size of the tank to meet your needs. Mathmatically these will hold 256G (37" diameter, 55" tall) to the brim. However, I picked these up from a brewery in 2021 who was doing 7bbl batches in these. With everything going on we were just not able to get our brewery up and going. Only looking to get what I have in them. Hopefully someone starting up can make use of these. Features Tanks are on casters, Easy to move around I will include boxes of tri clover sanitary butterfly valves, ferrules, caps, elbows, fittings, and thermometers. Local pickup only and would prefer to see them go as a set.
