2 Available - Used BSV (Blackstone) 60 bbl unitank jacketed fermenters - 1860 Gallon usable capcaity - jacketed sidewall and cone, cip prv, side manway door, racking port with rotating arm, seperate blow off arm, 4" dry hop port, 4 legs with cross braces and adjustable footpads. We have upgraded our brew system to 15 bbl so we have (3) 5 BBL jacketed unitanks for sale. We purchased them in 2018, they are in excellent condition. What you see in the photos is what you get as far as valves, clamps etc. All three are plumbed for 1 zone glycol with stainless barbs for in and out. $4000.00 each. Shipping cost and arrangement is buyers responsibility, I can load. We will also have a 7 BBL premier unitank and 5 bbl electric brew system HLT/MT/BK available for sale in the next month or so.

All fermenters have (2) 1.5" through ports for temp probe & sample port, (1) 1.5" port on cone for carb stone, 1.5" racking arm, 2" dump valve, (1) thermowell, inlet and outlet for glycol cooling. 3.5bbl tanks have CIP arm & blow off arm. 4bbl tank only has 1 combination CIP and blowoff arm. Includes valves for all arms, pressure gage, pressure relief valves on top, 4" hop ports on top, front manway doors, sample port, and carb stone assy. (3) available – These are used Prospero SK 15 bbl conical jacketed fermenters with cooling zones on the sidewall and cone. These tanks were built in 2012 and remain in great shape. They were installed in a small brewpub that closed during covid and the tanks have been in dry indoor storage since that time. They are outfitted with side manway, racking arm and CIP / blowoff arm. They have four legs with cross braces and adjustable footpads. They will be offered with valves. Cost to add a carbstone port and stone – $300/tank. These tanks are designed with cooling jackets on the cone and sidewall. The jackets have been hydro tested and the tanks are offered with (3) butterfly valves, sample valve, carbstone, and prv. Cask ACS v4.2 with depal, conveyance and collection table. Looking for $60,000 CDN. Runs comfortably at 25-30 CPM for 16 oz and 30-35 CPM for 12 oz. Line is in good shape, has been well maintained and was refurbished before decommissioning. We have manuals for the line and depal available to send via email and will throw in all spare parts we have in stock with sale.
