We are selling our Goodnature CBP 900 Flash Pasteurizer. Bought it brand new in April 2022, only have used it 2 times. We bought this unit for Beer/RTD/Seltzer production but changed our process to work without this unit. It is wired for 460v. Please reach out for additional details like the product manual, etc.

We have used this pasteurizer for the past 7 years. It has been a great piece of equipment and is perfect for companies producing 20-100k gallons per year. To pasteurize we filled 3 macro bins with cans (works with bottles as well) loaded the 3 bins in to a large SS cage then lowered with a forklift in to a SS insulated tank. Please see specs below. Product description Our Kreuzmayr chamber pasteurizer units are designed to pasteurize products which have already been filled into bottles or cans. The KKP 960 chamber pasteurizer is heated through direct steam injection into the chamber, used to heat the product to the desired pasteurization temperature. Air circulation within the steam chamber is facilitated by a stainless steel air blower. The steam is injected, through a pneumatically activated steam valve, into an air channel for optimized steam mixing. There is a condensate drain on the bottom of the chamber, as condensate can not be recirculated in these systems. The thickness of the insulation is 40-100 mm in the chamber walls.
