Now Available for sale - we have a used Criveller 30 bbl brewhouse that has been reconditioned with new Thomson wash down pumps and custom brewhouse control panel. Piping has been upgraded and new valves have been utilized. It was refurbished for a client who is no longer pursuing expansion. Details as follows: Criveller 30 bbl 2 vessel steam heated brewhouse. The system was built new in approx 2012 and was in service until June 2021. This package includes the following: Criveller 30 bbl Mash/Lauter tun with 5 hp top mounted rake assembly and side grain out door. This is a steam heated vessel. Criveller 30 bbl brewkettle/whirlpool with steam jacket for heating (bottom and sidewall). Stainless steel brewers platform. Single Stage heat exchanger New UL listed USA built control panel with brewhouse temp controls and pump controls along with rake drive controls. This is a 2,250 or 2,500 gallon tank. I know I had 2,250 in it and it wasn't full. It supposedly is jacketed, though I never used it. I bought on probrewer years ago from a guy on long island. I used it for homogenization. Stainless inside, as shown. CIP ball. If you contact via phone, text first. Last time I had it full was a year ago. It was fine. Been living outside. For sale are (5) 30BBL SMT (North Carolina) Brite Tanks. Due to the layout of our space, one is slightly shorter/wider than the others, but all are of identical design. Each tank features a manway, CIP arm, temp controller, 2 side ports, and 1 bottom port. All 1.5″ TC. Each tank also has a vertical sight glass and volume markings. All tanks are jacketed and insulated. NOTE: One tank has received a jacket repair (see photos) but is perfectly functional. Another tank has some slight deformation inside but is also perfectly functional. The two tanks with imperfections are $3,000 each. The three others are $5,000 each. If you’d like to purchase the lot, the price is flexible.

One available - item is a used Criveller 5 barrel jacketed bright beer tank. The tank measures 74" tall by 34" diameter and is outfitted with dual sidewall jackets, CIP ball and arm, PRV, sample valve, carbstone, bottom center drain and secondary drain with standpipe. The tank has a level gauge, thermometer, and side manway door. The tank is dimple jacketed with dual jackets, however, it is not insulated. The tank is fitted with three legs with adjustable foot pads. Item was last used as a brite beer tank in a brewery and remains in excellent condition. 10 bbl jacketed brite tank with prv, cip, carb stone, thermowell, thermometer and all valves. Have used this tank for 3 years but need to move to a larger tank. Tank is 90" to the top of the CiP pipe on top and about 52" wide. Has a 15psi PRV valve.

We have approximately 33 nine foot sections of GF Cool-Fit piping, 90mm (3") ID with 32mm (1") ID drops. It was the piping for our glycol system which was used for a 30bbl system with six fermenters, two brite tanks, a 30bbl CLT and a 7bbl pilot system with two 7bbl fermenters, a 7bbl brite and 2 15bbl Uni-tanks. There are 19 drops and 15 of them have the 110V electric ball valves. The return lines all have manual shutoff valves. There are eight 90 degree elbows in 90mm and four 90mm shutoff valves. Comes with hangers for every four feet of pipe, extra fittings for the 32mm and 90mm piping including 42 90mm couplings for gluing the sections of pipe together so it can be cut to fit your application.
