We have an industrial decorker. I am unsure on the maker but it was made in Italy. This was last used at our winery to remove corks from bottles. I bought this cider press from one mile down the road at the old Octagon Farm. He said he bought it from some guy in the Adirondacks back in the early 90's. Don't know much about them, other than it seems these were purpose built in the NorthEast specifically for hard cider production. I have old parts with a pulley/belt system that would suggest it used to operate on a hit/miss motor. This is PERFECT for a cider centerpiece at a farm cidery/winery/brewery. Video linked to show it in action. We took our time and uninstalled it piece by piece jackhammered it out of the floor, moved it down the road and reinstalled with new parts where applicable. Old military tank is the hydraulic fluid reserve currently. The hydraulic cylinder goes down like 4 feet into the floor and presses upwards against a stainless steel plate that we had made...

We are a Walla Walla, WA winery. We had planned to distill some of our own wine but are running into state restrictions having a winery and distilling processing under the same roof.   I figured I would put this out there incase anyone wanted it. 660 gallons of 2016 estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon and 880 gallons of 2020 estate white, Semillion and Sauvignon Blanc blend all barrel aged.   I can pump into IBC tanks for shipping and can offer a great price per gallon.
