3 head cask filler, 12-15 CPM, includes can rinser with 2 racks. Easily operated by 2 people for upwards of 180 flats a shift. Currently setup for 12oz cans but is easily convertible to 16oz cans by adjusting spacers. Can run seltzers as high as 2.9 vol co2 without issue. Recently replaced Chuck, lift table, seamer bearings, new filling heads and push arm. Lots of spare/ replacement parts. 220v, 50/60hz, 20A Single phase Operational space of 8 sq. feet. On wheels and easy to move. This reliable machine has been well taken care of and is in excellent condition.

We are selling our Pack Leader PRO-516 inline labeler. This labeler is capable of speeds up to 200 cans per minute. This PRO-516 is in great condition.  It was new when we purchased it and was only used for a short period of time. We later made a modification on our canning line that made this labeler unnecessary. At the time of commissioning, we purchased conveyance for the install.  We're listing the labeler, infeed/discharge conveyance, and control cabinet together available as a package for $69k. The labeler alone we are listing for $55k. We can palletize and prep the items to ship at the brewery, but the buyer would be responsible for all shipping costs.

Top rotation makes it better than spinning the can. Total automatic action. The machine takes up a small footprint. The manual comes with machine change parts that are in stock just contact. Also Manual Can Carrier Applicator $700.00 Will assemble the following E6PR Fishbone Westrock Paktek 416 Packs All carriers 6 and 4 Vacuum pick up and place with 6 times pressure. Does 15 per minute.

We are moving away from having to shrink sleeve on premise and are excited to offer an opportunity for another brewery to benefit from the flexibility of shrink sleeving their own cans. The sale includes the SSL-100S sleeve applicator which can do "100CPM" (runs great between 80-85cpm), the SST250 steam tunnel as well as 27' of conveyance into, through and out of the equipment. A great low hours Mobile Cask 6 head ACS v5 Canner with full enclosure, stainless piping trays and gas distribution system. there are change parts for 12 and 16 oz along with the ability to do lots more. the Cask Automated Depal also has twist rinses for both 12 and 16oz and is designed for all height pallets. We can palletize and rig all of the equipment and assist with shipping quotes if necessary. Can be seen running by video chat. The Tri-Pack LS160 and HT-1 heat tunnel, this unit is capable of sleeving up to 100 cans a minute. They are designed on Wheels so they can be added and removed from the line as necessary.
