Complete Brewmation 7bbl brew system. Purchased in 2014. 300 gallon HLT, mash/lauter tun, kettle. Electric 208/230V three phase. Touch screen controls with pump rack. Includes one 7bbl brite tank, two 7bbl fermenters. Tanks each have an individual Ranco temperature controller. Mueller AT10-150 heat exchanger rated to 30bbl. 1.5hp brew pump. Comes with all hoses and fittings. Also available for additional cost 330 feet of Georg Fischer CoolFit 90mm(3") glycol piping with 19 32mm(1") drops, 15 of which have 110V electric ball valves. We have the necessary fittings to adapt the piping to another system. Control panel has a 200 amp panel in it. Just removed from service cleaned. Buyer responsible for arranging loading and shipping. We have a forklift and loading dock and can assist. The system is on pallets and ready to ship.

7bbl Hard Piped system gas system. Insulated Kettle and Mash tun. Powered by a Midco RE4400 gas burner which can utilize propane or natural gas. If installation is requested (at an additional fee) I can tune the burner on site using whichever gas source you have available. Don't spend thousands of dollars each year on a steam system with boiler maintenance or hundreds of hours each year scrubbing electric heating elements. Go with gas at this system size. If anything ever happens to the burner, you can get a completely new burner for less than your yearly boiler inspection fee. Controls are in great condition with VFDs for the pumps so you can run your pump motors at variable speeds. Heat Exchanger, flow meter, pumps, false bottom all included. The Boil kettle and Mash tun are about 44" in diameter by 6.5' tall. The platform is about 4' x 4'....

I am selling this 2015 Specific Mechanical 40 BBL 3-Vessel Brewhouse. It has an oversized mash/lauter tun w/rakes & plow and a steel's masher. The kettle is 45 BBL with an external steam fed calandria. Includes whirlpool vessel, hard piping, controls, heat exchanger, pumps, fittings, and valves. The heat exchanger is dual media. The mash tun has an underlet flushing system with under jets. The mash tun also has a bottom knife slide grain out manway. Although the system is oversized, with the external calandria you can do half batches, giving you tons of flexibility. System has a VFO manifold for brewhouse pumps. The tanks have lights, sample ports on the kettle, and multiple recirculation points. Email me for more pictures and the schematics. The brewhouse is located in Pittsboro, IN. Smart Machine Technologies custom designed direct fire brewhouse 3 vessels( stacked, mash/lauter with rakes/plow dedicated whirlpool , oversized kettle with impeller to prevent scorching. All 3 are insulated. there is no hot liquor tank . Unit includes a industrial mixing valve was set up for instant hot water heater feeds. We purchased from Mystery brewing in NC, they closed down in 2018, so it has not been in use since then. The brewhouse was dismantled and prepped to transport by SMT, when we purchased it and has been sitting in storage in Clearwater, Florida since still packed from transport . Our brewery location fell through from covid, and we got involved in other things. Includes all hard piping that was disassembled in large segments and labeled to be reassembled.
