Lightly used 1000 gallon Vendome mash cooker. Manufactured in May 2023 and in use since September 2023. Everything works great - we are upgrading to a larger system. Dual steam jackets, mixer motor, CIP sprayball, top manway, adjustable feet, temp gauge. **Grain-off lautering upgrade: Includes a side manway and stainless lautering screens if you want to make malt whiskey or beer. This mixer was $78,000 new - based on a 2021 price quote. Vendome is currently a on a 18-24 month wait list. Get it now for $72,000. De-commissioning in July 2024.
