You will need to fabricate the piping between the tanks and add a mash pump to transfer the mash over to the LT and a wort pump. We currently mash into the LT as it has a 4" hydrator port so you can either do that and forgo the mash pump or get a mash pump for step mashing and mash into the combo tank and transfer it over. Both tanks have 4" hydrator ports. There is some work for sure to get the piping fabricated, source a couple pumps and a H/X.

This tank was custom built to act as a kettle sour tank. It has steam jackets so you can knockout, pitch bacteria and keep at desired sour temp and then bring temp out to kill bacteria. The tank has a front and top manway, top mounted sprayball for CIP and front mounted sample port.
