We are selling these tanks because they are not the right size for our program. We had thought they would work well for us but they are too big for our small lots and too small for our larger ones. one of the tanks has probably been used less than 3 times and the other tank probably 5 times Craftmaster makes some VERY nice tanks. (1) Available - Item is an Alpha Brewing 3 bbl conical fermenter. This tank was purchased by a brewery but has not had product in it. It is equipped with cone bottom, jacketed cone and sidewall, top manway, 4 legs with cross bracing and adjustable footpads, sample port, cip, PRV, and misc fittings. There are a couple of scratches on the sidewall but overall the tank is excellent and the interior is spotless. Dimensions are 79in tall x 38in diameter. Edit: Four tanks remain! We bought six SS Brewtech Unitanks with the intention of building a pilot program at a future taproom. Those plans are on hold. These tanks are in perfect condition, never used, and stored in a warehouse for the past year. We bought the tanks new for $4,835 a piece. We'll let go of them for $4,200/tank. Hey there! These horizontal dairy tanks have been great to us over the last seven years and we’re sad to see them go, but it’s time to upsize. We have three different tanks: 1,500 gallons (egg shaped tank) 1,600 gallons (cylindrical tank) 2,000 gallons (the cube) We typically did 30-40 bbl batches in these and converted the jackets for glycol. We like to do German lagers and two of these tanks can make a nice cold, clean Helles. The third (1,500 gallon) is better suited for ales. We’re selling these for the best offer we get in the next week or two to make room for the new tanks, so please feel free to shoot me your best offer and we’ll go from there. This unit was originally acquired to steam sterilize a previous canning line to package mixed fermentation productions without risk of contamination to other products. It performed perfectly for its application and always resulted in ATP readings of 0's. As we're no longer using that canning line or packaging those beverages, it's best that we find a new home for the unit. We have the original operating manual and a few accessories including the the steam rated hose and power cord/plug installed. You'll need additional accessories if you intend to use to clean wooden barrels or floor drains.
