For sale are (5) 30BBL SMT (North Carolina) Brite Tanks. Due to the layout of our space, one is slightly shorter/wider than the others, but all are of identical design. Each tank features a manway, CIP arm, temp controller, 2 side ports, and 1 bottom port. All 1.5″ TC. Each tank also has a vertical sight glass and volume markings. All tanks are jacketed and insulated. NOTE: One tank has received a jacket repair (see photos) but is perfectly functional. Another tank has some slight deformation inside but is also perfectly functional. The two tanks with imperfections are $3,000 each. The three others are $5,000 each. If you’d like to purchase the lot, the price is flexible.

4 head manual keg washer built by Practical Fusion. $3000 (does not include shipping). We had the manifold modified from the original design to add seperate pumps for each chemical reservoir. The pump for the sanitizer reservoir was not working when the keg washer was taken out of service. The heating element for the caustic reservoir worked when taken out of service, but had been taking longer than usual to reach temp. It would probably need replacement eventually. Pumps are 110v and heating element is 220v. Dimensions are approximately 80"x38"x44"(LxWxH).

We had purchased this tank used, and there is a slight pin hole inside the vessel. The glycol jacket is unserviceable, but the tank itself would work well for a holding tank. Unknown manufacturer, but everything else is in working order. Buyer assumes freight charges.

Used Jimboney Malt Mill. Recently upgraded to a larger mill and auger. Used with a 7bbl brew system. Would work great with that size brew house or lower. Also would be great for homebrew shops. Belt was replaced about a year ago. Easy to adjust tightness and change how fine the grind is. An auger can be hooked up to it, but in the past we were milling into bins and dumping them into our mash tun. Plugs into a standard outlet.
