I bought this cider press from one mile down the road at the old Octagon Farm. He said he bought it from some guy in the Adirondacks back in the early 90's. Don't know much about them, other than it seems these were purpose built in the NorthEast specifically for hard cider production. I have old parts with a pulley/belt system that would suggest it used to operate on a hit/miss motor. This is PERFECT for a cider centerpiece at a farm cidery/winery/brewery. Video linked to show it in action. We took our time and uninstalled it piece by piece jackhammered it out of the floor, moved it down the road and reinstalled with new parts where applicable. Old military tank is the hydraulic fluid reserve currently. The hydraulic cylinder goes down like 4 feet into the floor and presses upwards against a stainless steel plate that we had made...

This is a 2,250 or 2,500 gallon tank. I know I had 2,250 in it and it wasn't full. It supposedly is jacketed, though I never used it. I bought on probrewer years ago from a guy on long island. I used it for homogenization. Stainless inside, as shown. CIP ball. If you contact via phone, text first. Last time I had it full was a year ago. It was fine. Been living outside. For sale is a used ABE Craftcan 35 canning line. The machine has been well maintained and works very well. It is actually still in use. We will be decommissioning this in early to mid June. We are upgrading to a newer line. This was purchased brand new in 2020. It is a 5 head filler capable of 12oz fills up to 35 cans per minute. It includes the tooling for 12oz cans only. It has a servo seamer which provides accurate and precise seams. About 1.2 million cans have been run through the canner so far. That number will continue to rise slightly as it is still being used. These are kick ass, awesome 100 gal kettles that we used for 7 years until we upgraded to 200 gal kettles from PsychoBrew. They’re perfect for a small brewery or a pilot system for a large brewery. I used them to brew high gravity and dilute post boil to cast out 5+ barrels of up to 1.045 wort. The mash tun can hold about 200 pounds of traditional grain and up to 300 pounds of Briess malt gems (huskless/endosperm only malt). False bottom is included. I used the boil kettle with 4 x 5,500 kw 2”TC elements but these could also be direct fire powered. The lids have 4” TC caps that are included. These kettles are a joy to use and for the price they are an absolute no-brainer. $1,500 each / $3,000

Now Available for sale - we have a used Criveller 30 bbl brewhouse that has been reconditioned with new Thomson wash down pumps and custom brewhouse control panel. Piping has been upgraded and new valves have been utilized. It was refurbished for a client who is no longer pursuing expansion. Details as follows: Criveller 30 bbl 2 vessel steam heated brewhouse. The system was built new in approx 2012 and was in service until June 2021.
