Now Available for sale - we have a used Criveller 30 bbl brewhouse that has been reconditioned with new Thomson wash down pumps and custom brewhouse control panel. Piping has been upgraded and new valves have been utilized. It was refurbished for a client who is no longer pursuing expansion. Details as follows: Criveller 30 bbl 2 vessel steam heated brewhouse. The system was built new in approx 2012 and was in service until June 2021. This package includes the following: Criveller 30 bbl Mash/Lauter tun with 5 hp top mounted rake assembly and side grain out door. This is a steam heated vessel. Criveller 30 bbl brewkettle/whirlpool with steam jacket for heating (bottom and sidewall). Stainless steel brewers platform. Single Stage heat exchanger New UL listed USA built control panel with brewhouse temp controls and pump controls along with rake drive controls. (2) new Thomsen washdown centrifugal brewhouse pumps....

(3) available - These are used Prospero SK 15 bbl conical jacketed fermenters with cooling zones on the sidewall and cone. These tanks were built in 2012 and remain in great shape. They were installed in a small brewpub that closed during covid and the tanks have been in dry indoor storage since that time. They are outfitted with side manway, racking arm and CIP / blowoff arm. They have four legs with cross braces and adjustable footpads. They will be offered with valves. Cost to add a carbstone port and stone - $300/tank. Dimensions of two of these tanks are 56" od x 10' tall. The third tank was built and installed at the same time but was designed with 50" od x 10'6" tall dimensions. 3 available - price is per tank. These are kick ass, awesome 100 gal kettles that we used for 7 years until we upgraded to 200 gal kettles from PsychoBrew. They’re perfect for a small brewery or a pilot system for a large brewery. I used them to brew high gravity and dilute post boil to cast out 5+ barrels of up to 1.045 wort. The mash tun can hold about 200 pounds of traditional grain and up to 300 pounds of Briess malt gems (huskless/endosperm only malt). False bottom is included. I used the boil kettle with 4 x 5,500 kw 2”TC elements but these could also be direct fire powered. The lids have 4” TC caps that are included. These kettles are a joy to use and for the price they are an absolute no-brainer. $1,500 each / $3,000

10 bbl jacketed brite tank with prv, cip, carb stone, thermowell, thermometer and all valves. Have used this tank for 3 years but need to move to a larger tank. Tank is 90" to the top of the CiP pipe on top and about 52" wide. Has a 15psi PRV valve.

This is a 2,250 or 2,500 gallon tank. I know I had 2,250 in it and it wasn't full. It supposedly is jacketed, though I never used it. I bought on probrewer years ago from a guy on long island. I used it for homogenization. Stainless inside, as shown. CIP ball. If you contact via phone, text first. Last time I had it full was a year ago. It was fine. Been living outside. 7bbl Conical fermenter manufactured by New Look Stainless in China. Tank is in excellent working condition. Purchased new 3 yrs ago, never had an issue, passivated yearly and always cared for with regular caustic and acid cycles. Interior is mirror polished which makes cleaning incredibly easy. CIP arm and dedicated blow off arm, 4" dry hop port. Comes with all valves, PRV, sample valve, gaskets (does not include temperature controller). Also comes with insulated glycol plumbing and valves which allow you to isolate/control flow on the top and bottom jackets. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, we have a forklift on site and can load on a truck/trailer). Will consider delivering within a few hour radius for a fee.
