We have used this pasteurizer for the past 7 years. It has been a great piece of equipment and is perfect for companies producing 20-100k gallons per year. To pasteurize we filled 3 macro bins with cans (works with bottles as well) loaded the 3 bins in to a large SS cage then lowered with a forklift in to a SS insulated tank. Please see specs below. 30 bbl HLT – has steam calandria, might be closer to 1000 gallons. Needs a new custom door gasket fabricated. Has some scaling, we want it gone asap. $1000 obo plus asking that your rigger move one tank for us from Milwaukie to SE Portland before collecting this tank. 1.
