We have a 3 BBL Premier Stainless pilot system including 4 unitanks, 4 brites, heat exchanger, cellar package, chiller, on demand water heaters, etc - everything you'd need for a cherry pilot set up. We originally paid $92K for the system and a manual keg two station keg-washer in 2014. We are selling everything but the keg washer and some of the cellar items. **FOR SALE** 100% fully operational grain to glass brew system ready to sell. This is a skid mounted system with everything you need to brew, ferment, carbonate, etc. On the skid there is an electric boil kettle with new 220v heating element, hot liquor tank and mash tun combo, conical fermenter, heat exchanger, temp controllers, pump and control panel and brite tank. This is a 1BBL brewhouse installed at a commercial brewery in 2022. It has had 5 brews. It is being sold with 2 x 2BBL glycol jacketed fermenters. It was ordered new directly from SS Brewtech and wired to single phase. It will require a 60 amp circuit. This is an incredible deal for a highly specialized brewing solution. Upgrading to a larger brewing system so selling our 2 bbl brewing system that includes a double walled direct fire propane brew kettle and mash tun/combi tank. These are kick ass, awesome 100 gal kettles that we used for 7 years until we upgraded to 200 gal kettles from PsychoBrew. They’re perfect for a small brewery or a pilot system for a large brewery. I used them to brew high gravity and dilute post boil to cast out 5+ barrels of up to 1.045 wort. The mash tun can hold about 200 pounds of traditional grain and up to 300 pounds of Briess malt gems (huskless/endosperm only malt). False bottom is included. I used the boil kettle with 4 x 5,500 kw 2”TC elements but these could also be direct fire powered. The lids have 4” TC caps that are included. These kettles are a joy to use and for the price they are an absolute no-brainer. $1,500 each / $3,000
