Have any questions or inquires, text or call me, names Ryan- 443 938 0043. East coast 8am to 8pm. Keg washer is branded by Shandong Yuesheng Beer Equipment CO. I've bought equipment before from Shandong Yuesheng Beer Equipment before, my brew house, fermenters, brite tanks, Mill and CIP. Ordered more fermenters and a keg cleaner, then covid hit, budget was stretched, ended up closing. We have chosen NOT to reopen. Unit has never been used, Siemens touch screen display and siemens PLC, fully programmable. Unit uses electric heat for both its reservoirs. 208 volt 3 phase 15kw requires 50 amp service. Requires compressed air for operation to include water hookup and CO2. Full SS construction. Its a solid machine, was meant to save money in the long run vs paying for kegs to be cleaned of site. This is a wild machine – made in China, but it works and does a good job. We used it for the past 7 years, and it was a workhorse for us. We do have a user manual that is in English. Currently it is throwing a breaker on the rinse cycle, and we have narrowed it down to something in the pump. We cannot take more time to chase it down as we have already replaced it with a newer model. If you are a sharp sparky, this will be an easy repair. Comes with two pumps, heater, reservoirs. Has to hook up to hot water. We rigged it to sanitize the kegs as well. Cleans 1/6 bbls and ½ bbl Sankey topped kegs. Hooks up to air for purge, and CO2 for finish pressure. This machine has been a reliable workhorse for us, but we've recently upgraded our equipment, and it's time to find a new home for this gem. As it has served us for a long time. It was operational and running before decommissioned. Heating element and Main pump are on the same power supply unsure if single phase is an option as we ran 220 3 phase for electrical support. 4 head manual keg washer built by Practical Fusion. $3000 (does not include shipping). We had the manifold modified from the original design to add seperate pumps for each chemical reservoir. The pump for the sanitizer reservoir was not working when the keg washer was taken out of service. The heating element for the caustic reservoir worked when taken out of service, but had been taking longer than usual to reach temp. It would probably need replacement eventually. Pumps are 110v and heating element is 220v. Dimensions are approximately 80"x38"x44"(LxWxH).

We are selling our Sifa Masterkeg 2-head washer/filler. It can fill about 20 1/2 bbls in an hour and about 30 sixtels in an hour. It works but has some electrical issue that causes it to trip an internal breaker sometimes during operation. We have had trouble figuring out how to resolve the issue, but continued to run the machine in this condition. Upon upgrading our equipment, we decommissioned this machine before solving the electrical issue, so it will need some tinkering to restore to full working order, but is serviceable in the meantime. This machine was originally purchased from Prospero in 2015 and was used for 8 years. E-stop button is broken off but can be easily replaced. It will come with some new spare parts, as well as some electrical components that were switched out trying to solve the electrical issue that we believe are still good to...
