We are selling our Sifa Masterkeg 2-head washer/filler. It can fill about 20 1/2 bbls in an hour and about 30 sixtels in an hour. It works but has some electrical issue that causes it to trip an internal breaker sometimes during operation. We have had trouble figuring out how to resolve the issue, but continued to run the machine in this condition. Upon upgrading our equipment, we decommissioned this machine before solving the electrical issue, so it will need some tinkering to restore to full working order, but is serviceable in the meantime.
This machine was originally purchased from Prospero in 2015 and was used for 8 years. E-stop button is broken off but can be easily replaced. It will come with some new spare parts, as well as some electrical components that were switched out trying to solve the electrical issue that we believe are still good to use as backups as they didn’t seem to be the problem.
The keg filler is setup to heat the caustic tank with steam and sanitize kegs with steam. It also has an acid tank which can be used for sanitizer if you prefer not to use steam to sanitize kegs.
We are asking $8,000 obo for it. If you are electrically inclined, this could be a very good deal.
