For sale is a 1995 40 Hp Pro Refrigeration Glycol Chiller. Pulled out of service fully functional August 2023 to upgrade to a larger one. -230 volt 3 phase -Has 2-20hp compressors with separate circuits. -One 2 Hp circulation pump and one 7.5 Hp process pump. -Built in glycol tank -Upon pulling out, it was carefully removed to be easy to reinstall. All wiring labeled as well as refrigeration lines to condenser. -Both compressors replaced with rebuilt ones approx 5 years ago. -System has been converted to MO-99(R-438 A)refrigerant and is charged. May need a small amount to makeup for what was lost during removal that would have been in condenser. For the rest, no need to spend thousands to charge again. -Determined at removal that one oil pressure sensor was leaking so it was pinched off to keep from loosing the Freon and will need to be replaced. -Spare...

3/4hp SS brewtech chiller. It was purchased brand new 3 years ago directly from SS and has been lightly used. Until last week, it was running 2x 1bbl ss tanks. It is capable of running 2x 3.5bbl or 1 7bbl tank. It has 6 glycol service ports and 6 return ports. Very solid unit and fully operational with your pumps and controllers. Up for sale is a used 3/8HP UBC Glycol Chiller. This unit appears to be remanufactured but certified and was working prior to going into storage in 2022. Unit shows little signs of wear and has all parts needed to be fully functional. This would be a great unit to chill your tap lines or a small pilot batch. I do need to move this equipment but am not going to "give it away" so don't low ball waste your time or mine. Asking $1,000 OBO. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and fees. Sold as is, ask first. System was in daily use prior to my ownership and gives me no reason to think it won't serve the next owner just as well. Huge 600 Gallon Chiller Tank 600 Gallon tank with a chiller included. The chiller will have to be hooked up. Purchased this but never ended up using it for the intended purpose so it is just taking up space. Looking to move it quick. Previous owners filled it and used as a glycol cooling system.
