Update: This unit has been moved to the manufacturer's lot who is giving it a once over. They can pressure test and verify that it's operational. It will ship from their location in North Carolina. It has two 20 hp loops with 2 fans each, recirculation pumps, process pump, 1,000 gallon reservoir with expansion ports so a 3rd loop could be added. Cooling capacity is 250,000 BTU/hour. Everything runs and has been well maintained, it's just too small for us now so we replaced it with a larger unit. Prochiller says the same buildout new runs over $78,000. Price reduced to 35,000 obo on this unit. Unit is 91" wide, 214" long and 88" high. Pro Chiller 12 HP 230V 3 ph model # PM112F3R4250-A-VC. Upgraded oversized 220 gallon glycol reservoir, upsized 5 hp glycol process pump, VFD drive and glycol low level alarm. System was put into commission in 2014. The machine went through a $8,673.04 refurbishment and compressor replacement in August 2017. Replacement compressor is a Danfoss Model No. MTZ160HW3VE Serial No. HD1007721614 208/230/3-phase 60 HZ POE oil charged. 220 gallons of mixed inhibited glycol included in tote. For sale is a 1995 40 Hp Pro Refrigeration Glycol Chiller. Pulled out of service fully functional August 2023 to upgrade to a larger one. -230 volt 3 phase -Has 2-20hp compressors with separate circuits. -One 2 Hp circulation pump and one 7.5 Hp process pump. -Built in glycol tank -Upon pulling out, it was carefully removed to be easy to reinstall. All wiring labeled as well as refrigeration lines to condenser. -Both compressors replaced with rebuilt ones approx 5 years ago. -System has been converted to MO-99(R-438 A)refrigerant and is charged. May need a small amount to makeup for what was lost during removal that would have been in condenser. For the rest, no need to spend thousands to charge again. -Determined at removal that one oil pressure sensor was leaking so it was pinched off to keep from loosing the Freon and will need to be replaced. -Spare...
