This accumulation table is part of a larger lot – if you are interested in additional equipment, or the turn-key line, please see the other components being sold and inquire about what is still available. Preference will go to a buyer looking to purchase the whole system, but we are losing our storage space so the equipment is being offered for sale as individual components as well. For sale is a great in-line re-flow accumulation table for jam points on your line. It was purchased to be used ahead of our sleever, but replaced with a larger table when we moved our line. Set up for 3.5" chain, which we can supply or you can simply tie in to your existing conveyance. We upgraded the line with two VFD's for better speed control. Mounted to a pallet and ready to ship.

-- Single Head filler. -- Refurbished 16oz Dixie Seamer. Cleaned, dried, and oiled after every use. -- Both the Dixie seamer and canner pucks are designed for Ardagh cans, if you want to change to a different type of can you will need to get a new seamer and puck fabricated. -- Diaphragm pump to can rinse. -- Fan and filter unit for top (we never used). -- Added a c02 under can purge (manual). -- Needs two CO2 connections and one compressed air. -- Single phase, requires 20 amp electrical. We were able to do 2-3 cases per hour with consistent fill levels and beer quality held up in cans as long as 6 months. We've used it for two years with no issues. Good for a brewpub or small brewery looking to offer cans to-go. Willing to do a video call to help train.

5 had Cask acs1. Comes with a 12oz twist rinse. Does roughly 30, 12oz cans per minute, 25 16oz. Dryer needs a new manifold and air knifes. Need a new sprocket for belt and a rebalnced chuck.

3 head cask filler, 12-15 CPM, includes can rinser with 2 racks. Easily operated by 2 people for upwards of 180 flats a shift. Currently setup for 12oz cans but is easily convertible to 16oz cans by adjusting spacers. Can run seltzers as high as 2.9 vol co2 without issue. Recently replaced Chuck, lift table, seamer bearings, new filling heads and push arm. Lots of spare/ replacement parts. 220v, 50/60hz, 20A Single phase Operational space of 8 sq. feet. On wheels and easy to move. This reliable machine has been well taken care of and is in excellent condition.

Recently upgraded to a rotary canning line so we're selling our trusty Cask X2. This thing has been a monster for us and took us all the way to a regional brewery / 17k bbl per year. We typically saw 65-70 cpm running 12 oz cans, 1,000 case days were our standard canning runs, and the machine was decommissioned in ready-to-use condition. Includes a Cask 12 oz twist rinse and roughly $5,000 in spare parts.
