We had an absolute dogsh... contractor and thus spent our canning line budget on rent with no income coming in. Now that we're open seeking a good condition used canning line. Preference is something like a Microcanner Flex or Craft, but will consider anything non-Cask (sorry, too many horror stories). Budget roughly $25k or so as we'll face a hefty shipping charge to get it to us here in Honolulu. Asking for the world? Possibly, but hey have got to shoot your shot. Let me know what you've got.

This 60,000 lb. (approx) capacity Meridian silo is in very good condition. It has smooth steel walls and a smooth conical bottom. It was new in 2007. We bought it used in 2018. Unfortunately we have been unable to find a way to make it work with our brewery configuration and have decided to sell it. The price includes a choretime screw auger conveyor with approximately 50 feet of pipe and auger. As seen in the pictures the silo is on its side and ready to load onto your truck. Buyer is responsible for rigging and for crating up or otherwise packing the choretime components. Overall tank dimensions (approximate) 12' diameter, 27' height.

Semi-automatic tunnel pasteurizer. Holds 3 standard trays per cycle. Ergonomic and very efficient design. Side door for easy clean out. Currently set up for single phase supply, but can easily be swapped over to 3-phase. Has 4x 30amp immersion heaters. Takes about 9 minutes to heat the bath from 60F to 165F. Can also be adapted to heat with hot water from plant source or wall hung on demand unit. Set the time/temp and come back 25 minutes later to slide another 3 trays through. Output onto a roller conveyor for minimal labor. Message and I will email videos. Don't have a youtube account right now...
