2014 ABE 15 Bbl 2 Vessel Steam Brew House w/30 bbl HLT This system is 208 VAC 3 phase, 60 Hz, 50 Amp MLT & Kettle/Whirlpool Configuration with brew stand and control panel. Pneumatic valves Includes 3 Waukesha Cherry-Burrell pumps, grant, heat exchanger, and a 6 x 6 Single mill with grist case, auger and motors. HLT will need descaling and the lights for the BK and MLT will need to be replaced. All hard pipe for connecting the vessels is included with tri-clamps. Some of the 1.5” gaskets will need replacement. This is a great steam powered brew system. System is crated and ready for shipment. Needed to be moved as the brewery is now closed. If you need 15 or 30 bbl fermenters also, let me know. Will be posting those separately. $70,000 OBO, freight is at buyers expense. Local pick up can be arranged.

This rinser is configured to convey bottles from a height of approximately 13 feet, and out-feed in the opposite direction at a height of 4 feet. It grips bottles gently from the side with rubber chain links, inverts them for rinsing, allows drainage to a catch-pan, and turns them upright again. In-feed section includes idler cog and frame for 4"-wide conveyor chain, as well as "slowerator" side-belts to ensure proper spacing of bottles. Vertical section allows opportunity to date-code bottoms of dry bottles. Easily adjusts for various bottle widths with the turn of a single wheel. Overall dimensions: 15'L x 34"W x 15'H. This is an older machine that was recently decommissioned, and has operated trouble-free for many years.

Complete line, currently configured to form mother cartons for 12oz bottle 6-packs. Included two Pearson 6-pack erectors, Pearson 202 case-former, and multi-packer to stuff the 6-packs into the case. Also includes driven conveyors: straight chain from 6-pack erectors to multi-packer, 90-degree bend chain from case-former to multi-packer, straight belt from multi-packer (driven accumulation) and 90-degree out-feed belt. Also includes idle out-feed idle rollers with 90-degree bend. Case former is missing hot glue pot and heated glue hose. Overall dimensions of current configuration are approximately 42' x 23'. The line was recently decommissioned. Priced "to go" as we urgently need to free up this space.

15 bbl Steam Fired 2 vessel brewhouse for sale This has been an absolute workhorse for us. This is an older DME system, including Mash Tun, steam fired Kettle, grant, pumps, HX and controls. Pumps are currently wired for 230/3ph power. This is a very reliable, but manual system, if you want it to flow or stop flowing, you are turning a valve. We have used this for 7 years, and put out about 2,000 bbls per year on it. Mash tun includes grist hydrator, plates, grant, pump, vorlauf piping, and all you need to make wort. Kettle is steam jacketed, bottom, side low, side high (3 jackets). Kettle includes valves and piping for HX arrangement, however we are selling with a different Heat Exchanger than we have been using for 7 years, so some re-piping will likely be needed. This is all equipment that was part of the Monarch Brewing Company brewery in Monticello, IL.
