(1) Available - Item is an Alpha Brewing 3 bbl conical fermenter. This tank was purchased by a brewery but has not had product in it. It is equipped with cone bottom, jacketed cone and sidewall, top manway, 4 legs with cross bracing and adjustable footpads, sample port, cip, PRV, and misc fittings. There are a couple of scratches on the sidewall but overall the tank is excellent and the interior is spotless. Dimensions are 79in tall x 38in diameter. Now Available - We have a used GAI model 42903 stand-alone rotary 3 head ROPP capper. The machine is set up for a 29mm ROPP cap. The machine is rated at up to 5,500 bottles per hour depending upon bottle size and was running @ 86-89 BPM on single serve glass containers. The machine was manufactured in 2020 and has been well maintained. It is cosmetically and mechanically in excellent condition. Power requirement is 480 volt/3-phase/60 Htz. The machine was removed from service in Januarty 2022. New price for this machine was over $135,000 in 2020 and today's price is considerably higher. I bought this cider press from one mile down the road at the old Octagon Farm. He said he bought it from some guy in the Adirondacks back in the early 90's. Don't know much about them, other than it seems these were purpose built in the NorthEast specifically for hard cider production. I have old parts with a pulley/belt system that would suggest it used to operate on a hit/miss motor. This is PERFECT for a cider centerpiece at a farm cidery/winery/brewery. Video linked to show it in action. We took our time and uninstalled it piece by piece jackhammered it out of the floor, moved it down the road and reinstalled with new parts where applicable. Old military tank is the hydraulic fluid reserve currently. The hydraulic cylinder goes down like 4 feet into the floor and presses upwards against a stainless steel plate that we had made...

We upgraded our seamer and our looking to sell our workhorse. This seamer has been seen heavy use in the past 4 and half years, but has been meticulously maintained. There is some cosmetic flaws, but the bones are solid and operates like the day we got it. Set up to do 16oz cans (211 body). Includes adapter to fill 12oz cans as well. The seamer is about 40lbs and 21"H x 9"W x 13" D. I would add about 3-5 lbs and a few inches in every direction on dimensions for packing for shipment.
