This is a great 2 vessel brewhouse that I brewed on for about a year at the now-defunct Rocket Republic Brewery in Madison, AL. I loved it so much that I acquired it a few months ago as what would have been a massive upgrade for my little electric 5-bl system at the brewery I own in Decatur, AL. Unfortunately, due to the constraints of my historical 2-story building, I cannot install it without structural modifications to the building that is beyond my budget. This system can handle between 7bb and just barely 20bbl low to medium gravity batches. We upgraded our seamer and our looking to sell our workhorse. This seamer has been seen heavy use in the past 4 and half years, but has been meticulously maintained. There is some cosmetic flaws, but the bones are solid and operates like the day we got it. Set up to do 16oz cans (211 body). Includes adapter to fill 12oz cans as well. The seamer is about 40lbs and 21"H x 9"W x 13" D. I would add about 3-5 lbs and a few inches in every direction on dimensions for packing for shipment.   Includes the following replacement parts to keep you seaming even if something wears out and needs replacing: -power switch -first operation roller -second operation roller -replacement operation levers -roller removal tool set (not pictured)   Buyer pays shipping and insurance (optional).

Looking to sell a 2013 AJAX Propane Boiler with associated make-up water tank. The unit has a 1.6 million BTU/hr output. I bought these as part of a larger lot from another brewery and was told that everything was in working in condition. I can confirm that the other items were in good working shape but never ended up hooking up this boiler in particular. It is propane but I've been informed by multiple boiler techs that it's reasonably simple to transition it over to natural gas. Both items show quite a bit of rust but no more than typical used boiler equipment. Buyer would be responsible for rigging and shipping. This used 7 bbl DME jacketed conical fermenter is in good shape, and works great.  It is complete with all 3 ball valves, plug in power supply with 12 volt converter, solenoid and solenoid controller, sample valve, top opening manway, cleaning spray ball inside connected to the blow off tube.   Is still filled with propylene glycol.  This fermenter is basically plug and play. I will wrap it to protect the components and bolt it down to a pallet for easy shipping.
