**FOR SALE** 100% fully operational grain to glass brew system ready to sell. This is a skid mounted system with everything you need to brew, ferment, carbonate, etc. On the skid there is an electric boil kettle with new 220v heating element, hot liquor tank and mash tun combo, conical fermenter, heat exchanger, temp controllers, pump and control panel and brite tank. All hard plumbed with new pump seal kit and all new wiring. We have recently expanded and do not have a need for her any longer. This system has built our brewery over time and is ready for a new home to continue it's legacy. This system was originally owned by Sea World in San Antonio and rumor is they experimented with pilot batches for Anheuser-Busch. This used 7 bbl DME jacketed conical fermenter is in good shape, and works great. It is complete with all 3 ball valves, plug in power supply with 12 volt converter, solenoid and solenoid controller, sample valve, top opening manway, cleaning spray ball inside connected to the blow off tube. Is still filled with propylene glycol. This fermenter is basically plug and play. I will wrap it to protect the components and bolt it down to a pallet for easy shipping.

Available for sale is a 20 ton Glycol chiller. This has been in service for 5 years cooling our 10-tank system through summer and winter, rain sleet and snow. System is in good working order and has been kept appropriately serviced. Most recently the circulation pump was upgraded to improve performance after a power surge damaged the original pump. Physical footprint: 52" wide by 128" long (10.5 feet) by 76" high. 3' clearance on all sides is required for proper ventilation, 6' is recommended. Two twin fan heat exchangers, each powered by a 12hp compressor chill the glycol. System adapts and runs one compressor first, then engages second for additional cooling. A switch on the control panel designates which compressor circuit engages first. chills to 28 degrees. 200 gallon glycol reservoir. 2hp aftermarket Baldor circulation pump upgrade.

Up for sale are 9 fermenters , 2 unjacketed brites, and unjacketed one holding vessel. Also, an Advantage glycol chiller.Three are SS Brewtech (one 10bbl, 2 5bbl), Three are 10 bbl shorts from GW Kent, One 10bbl ABE, and Two 10bbl GW Kent purchased in the last 2 years. All are working perfectly, and come with appropriate fittings, controllers, and valves. This is essentially a complete cellar collection. All tanks are 6 yrs old or newer except for the ambient tank. It was a dairy tank before we got it, so age is unknown. It is in good shape with sanitary welds etc. Can share more pictures or angles if interested.
