We have approximately 33 nine foot sections of GF Cool-Fit piping, 90mm (3") ID with 32mm (1") ID drops. It was the piping for our glycol system which was used for a 30bbl system with six fermenters, two brite tanks, a 30bbl CLT and a 7bbl pilot system with two 7bbl fermenters, a 7bbl brite and 2 15bbl Uni-tanks. There are 19 drops and 15 of them have the 110V electric ball valves. The return lines all have manual shutoff valves. There are eight 90 degree elbows in 90mm and four 90mm shutoff valves. Comes with hangers for every four feet of pipe, extra fittings for the 32mm and 90mm piping including 42 90mm couplings for gluing the sections of pipe together so it can be cut to fit your application. We have used this pasteurizer for the past 7 years. It has been a great piece of equipment and is perfect for companies producing 20-100k gallons per year. To pasteurize we filled 3 macro bins with cans (works with bottles as well) loaded the 3 bins in to a large SS cage then lowered with a forklift in to a SS insulated tank. Please see specs below. We picked this up last year with the goal of expanding our on-site taproom/storage but have decided to go in a different direction with offsite storage. Let our loss be your gain!
