We have a 3 BBL Premier Stainless pilot system including 4 unitanks, 4 brites, heat exchanger, cellar package, chiller, on demand water heaters, etc - everything you'd need for a cherry pilot set up. We originally paid $92K for the system and a manual keg two station keg-washer in 2014. We are selling everything but the keg washer and some of the cellar items. This is a 1BBL brewhouse installed at a commercial brewery in 2022. It has had 5 brews. It is being sold with 2 x 2BBL glycol jacketed fermenters. It was ordered new directly from SS Brewtech and wired to single phase. It will require a 60 amp circuit. This is an incredible deal for a highly specialized brewing solution. Our volume is too large to justify its use.
