Chiller started out as a 3hp outdoor rated brewery chiller, we got it for trade fully went through the chiller converted it over to 1.5hp chiller to make it able to run on these hot days outside. Fully switched it over to a Copeland compressor with changing it over to R448a refrigerant. Up for sale is a used 3/8HP UBC Glycol Chiller. This unit appears to be remanufactured but certified and was working prior to going into storage in 2022. Unit shows little signs of wear and has all parts needed to be fully functional. This would be a great unit to chill your tap lines or a small pilot batch. I do need to move this equipment but am not going to "give it away" so don't low ball waste your time or mine. Asking $1,000 OBO. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and fees. Sold as is, ask first. System was in daily use prior to my ownership and gives me no reason to think it won't serve the next owner just as well. Update: This unit has been moved to the manufacturer's lot who is giving it a once over. They can pressure test and verify that it's operational. It will ship from their location in North Carolina. It has two 20 hp loops with 2 fans each, recirculation pumps, process pump, 1,000 gallon reservoir with expansion ports so a 3rd loop could be added. Cooling capacity is 250,000 BTU/hour. Everything runs and has been well maintained, it's just too small for us now so we replaced it with a larger unit. Prochiller says the same buildout new runs over $78,000.
