Semi-automatic tunnel pasteurizer. Holds 3 standard trays per cycle. Ergonomic and very efficient design. Side door for easy clean out. Currently set up for single phase supply, but can easily be swapped over to 3-phase. Has 4x 30amp immersion heaters. Takes about 9 minutes to heat the bath from 60F to 165F. Can also be adapted to heat with hot water from plant source or wall hung on demand unit. Set the time/temp and come back 25 minutes later to slide another 3 trays through. Output onto a roller conveyor for minimal labor. Message and I will email videos. Don't have a youtube account right now... All parts from Automation Direct or McMaster so nothing is proprietary or hard to get. You won’t be disappointed!

Lightly used ICHA 60 for 6 pack handles (Roberts PolyPro only, won't run PakTechs). We ran 12 and 16 oz cans. Change parts can be ordered for 4 packs or sleek cans from Roberts. Cans index in and discharge at a 90 degree angle. Will run at speeds up to 60 cpm or 10 cycles per minute. If desired, we can bundle this with our PSA CB 50 filler/ seamer (listed separately). This accumulation table is part of a larger lot – if you are interested in additional equipment, or the turn-key line, please see the other components being sold and inquire about what is still available. Preference will go to a buyer looking to purchase the whole system, but we are losing our storage space so the equipment is being offered for sale as individual components as well. For sale is a great in-line re-flow accumulation table for jam points on your line. It was purchased to be used ahead of our sleever, but replaced with a larger table when we moved our line. Set up for 3.5" chain, which we can supply or you can simply tie in to your existing conveyance. We upgraded the line with two VFD's for better speed control. Mounted to a pallet and ready to ship.
