Semi-automatic tunnel pasteurizer. Holds 3 standard trays per cycle. Ergonomic and very efficient design. Side door for easy clean out. Currently set up for single phase supply, but can easily be swapped over to 3-phase. Has 4x 30amp immersion heaters. Takes about 9 minutes to heat the bath from 60F to 165F. Can also be adapted to heat with hot water from plant source or wall hung on demand unit. Set the time/temp and come back 25 minutes later to slide another 3 trays through. Output onto a roller conveyor for minimal labor. Message and I will email videos. Don't have a youtube account right now... Delta packaging M60 labeler with Sojet inkjet date coder. It doesn’t work. All of the motors / sensors / conveyers are in working order but it currently does not label. Lincan 30 canning line for $50,000. 240V/ 3 phase set up to run 16 oz cans. We normally get 26 cans per minute with a 25-35 ppb O2 pickup. Updated HMI in '20 or '21, and has about 3 million cans through it since. I think it has about 5 million total. It's been a workhorse for us, but we've just outgrown it. Decommissioning it today (5/9/24) as the new line showed up yesterday. Located in West Virginia. Can send a video of it operating today.
