This is a comlete wort production system for a whiskey distillery, or you can add a kettle for a complete brewery brewhouse Mash Tun –  Lautering screens, manway door, bottom valve, thermometer were added to a 325 gallon stainless steel tote. For producing single infusion mashes – no heating or insulation present. It can produce 15 BBL of wort of average gravity in 4 hours. We were able to brew 30 BBL and cleanup in an 8-hour shift. HLT – a 500 gallon stainless tote with a 10kW electric element installed with variable temperature thermostat. The square footprint of these tanks make for efficient use of floor space.
