This machine is currently being used weekly and will be decommissioned in June 2024. Purchased new from ABE and commissioned in 2020. The 12 head filler, ABE GlassPak33 has been a workhorse for our brewery and has been well maintained. We are selling the infeed turntable, GlassPak33, air knife, and crown hopper/conveyor. We run the system at 33 bottles per minute (1,980/hr) and average loss levels of 3%. It’s currently set to fill 12oz stubbie bottles and can easily be configured to run other 12oz bottles (heritage, long neck, etc). We also include changeover parts for filling 500ml Euro style bottles. Sweet set up filler and labeler. Bottle feeds directly from the fill to the labels, manual off load from there. New in 2016, been running approx. 30/bpm Heritage Bottles. Could be converted to Long Necks. We just don't use it enough anymore to keep it around. SN 6022TGA07814 Meheen 6 head filler Originally set up to run 22oz bottles, was sent off to Meheen to be converted to run 500ml. Comes with a bunch of old parts if you want to try to run different shape/sized bottles. With shims, the crowner and filler swapped, I was able to run a couple different shape 500ml bottles. Comes with a bunch of extra parts.

DK Technologies bottler/canner for sale. Bought originally as bottler and bought attachments to fill cans also. The bottler is outfitted with fillers and capper with pre-rinser. Bought attachment for canner fills and I used an Oktober seamer to seam lids. Will sell seamer also at this price. The filler is counter pressure. I have all trays for 12 oz bottles, 22 oz bombers, 12 oz can, 16 oz can, 12 oz slims. Perfect for small brewery looking to have professional packaged products to sell out of taproom. This full bottling line has served us well for 7 years but we are moving to cans and it needs a new home. The star of this show is the GAI MLE 661 filler, a monobloc 6 head linear counterpressure filler that does double pre-evacuation for ultra low DO values. It features an inverting rinser, 6 head electropneumatic valve filler, fobber, and a rotating turret crowner. It is a very flexible filler with changeout parts for 330 ml, 12 oz longneck, and 750 ml bottles, with crowning heads for 26 mm and 29 mm crowns.
