We're selling our wonderful Barison still. It's 1000L, 10 bubble plates used mostly for eau-de-vie (grape & plum) and for whiskey on a few occasions. Never used for flavoured spirits like gin or others. Equipped with CIP. This still runs like a charm. We're very sad to see it go but unfortunately our distillery is taking a new direction. We no longer need it. The still is setup in St-Hyacinthe. Ideally, the buyer would send someone to work with our team to tear it down. Making it easier for the buyer to set it up again in their location. More photos & Barison plans available if interested

Hoga Alembic Pot Still. 250 gallon steam coil heated without agitation. These stills have been amazing to use for the startup phase of our distillery, but we are out growing them and need to make room for a larger system. You can add agitation for grain-on mashes.
