We’re selling our wonderful Barison still. It’s 1000L, 10 bubble plates used mostly for eau-de-vie (grape & plum) and for whiskey on a few occasions. Never used for flavoured spirits like gin or others. Equipped with CIP.
This still runs like a charm. We’re very sad to see it go but unfortunately our distillery is taking a new direction. We no longer need it.
The still is setup in St-Hyacinthe. Ideally, the buyer would send someone to work with our team to tear it down. Making it easier for the buyer to set it up again in their location. More photos & Barison plans available if interested
