I am selling this 2015 Specific Mechanical 40 BBL 3-Vessel Brewhouse. It has an oversized mash/lauter tun w/rakes & plow and a steel's masher. The kettle is 45 BBL with an external steam fed calandria. Includes whirlpool vessel, hard piping, controls, heat exchanger, pumps, fittings, and valves. The heat exchanger is dual media. The mash tun has an underlet flushing system with under jets. The mash tun also has a bottom knife slide grain out manway. Although the system is oversized, with the external calandria you can do half batches, giving you tons of flexibility. System has a VFO manifold for brewhouse pumps. The tanks have lights, sample ports on the kettle, and multiple recirculation points. Email me for more pictures and the schematics. The brewhouse is located in Pittsboro, IN. We have a 30 bbl. foeder for sale. It has proved too large for our needs, but it has made some spectacular beers for us. The tank is in great condition and ready for service. We just emptied it, cleaned, and steamed it. We will steam it again prior to shipment, free of charge, for the new owner (if desired). We are motivated to sell this foeder to get it to a new home. **We would prefer not to fill the tank with storage solution, so if you area at all interested, please reach out!**

Smart Machine Technologies custom designed direct fire brewhouse 3 vessels( stacked, mash/lauter with rakes/plow dedicated whirlpool , oversized kettle with impeller to prevent scorching. All 3 are insulated. there is no hot liquor tank . Unit includes a industrial mixing valve was set up for instant hot water heater feeds. We purchased from Mystery brewing in NC, they closed down in 2018, so it has not been in use since then. The brewhouse was dismantled and prepped to transport by SMT, when we purchased it and has been sitting in storage in Clearwater, Florida since still packed from transport . Our brewery location fell through from covid, and we got involved in other things. Includes all hard piping that was disassembled in large segments and labeled to be reassembled.
