Online virtual events attempt to replicate cancelled conferences

With the cancellation of industry gatherings and conferences for the foreseeable future, there are now “virtual conferences” opening up to fill the need. Here are those online conferences and other talks to continue your education.

Craft Brewers Conference Online

April 13 – May 15, 2020
The Craft Brewers Conference launches their online version of CBC. Bringing 5 weeks of conference talks all available live (to a very limited audience) and free to all to watch after the event until the end of May, 2020. Tracks include every segment related to craft brewers from business aspects to brewery safety.

Craft Beer Professionals Virtual Conference

April 20-22, 2020
The Craft Beer Professionals Virtual Conference was started as an online stand-in for the cancelled CBC by the founder of the Craft Beer Professionals group on Facebook, Andrew Coplon. It takes place on that Facebook page (click here to request membership to the group – Facebook account required) on Monday, April 20 – Wednesday, April 22. Three days loaded with 45 minute talks by a wide variety of beverage industry professionals. Here are a few of our picks for talks not to be missed:

The Virtual Brewers Conference takes a more supplier-centric angle at replacing the Craft Brewers Conference. While also providing industry talks from experts, they will also make available demonstrations and 1 on 1 meetings with select suppliers from the beverage industry.
