Screw Plug Immersion Heaters Screw plug heaters – sometimes referred to as threaded immersion heaters – are constructed of long heating elements in the shape of tubes which are welded into the interior of the heater. The assembly is screwed, plugged, or threaded directly into the system through an opening lined with threadbare – hence the names screw plug heater and threaded immersion heater. This design makes it easy to remove the heater for maintenance or replacement. Screw plug heaters are easy to install and are suitable for a wide range of industrial food manufacturing applications. These heaters are energy efficient and often used for direct heating of chemicals and fluids.

Screw Plug heaters from WATTCO™ consist of hairpin tubular elements that are brazed or welded into a machined pipe thread fitting, (normally an NPT fitting for North American standards) which are then screwed directly through a threaded coupling in the tank wall or vessel, or installed in pipe. Screw plug heaters are an easy way to heat up solutions in smaller containers that also require controls. Mechanical thermostats or Digital control panels can be used with these immersion heaters to help reach target temperatures with great accuracy meeting your project objectives. Additional thermowells can be installed for high limit temperature probes to help protect your liquid and processes.

Up for sale is this awesome Taproom Cooler previously used by Green Flash Brewing in their San Diego taproom. We picked this up last year with the goal of expanding our on-site taproom/storage but have decided to go in a different direction with offsite storage. Let our loss be your gain! This cooler is ridiculously cool. It has a 32 tap wall with ALL of the draft equipment included. This includes 32 keg connectors, draft lines and CO2 lines for 32 taps, required splitters, and even 32 FOBs (foam-on-beer detectors)! It even has the glass sprayers ready to go. Everything is in great condition. Condenser and evaporator fans are all included as well. It has a walk-in door on one side, a forklift door on the other side, and a full glass walk-in door on the front (Green Flash used this as a reach-in). There’s even a sink!...

For sale is a used Thermaline T13CH Heat Exchanger. Manufactured in 2001, it was designed to be used in conjunction with a 20bbl brewing system. It has been unused for some time, but can be completely deconstructed for cleaning or parts replacement. Some TC ports were damaged/scraped in the move, but can be replaced. Purchased as part of a lot and never had a use for it. New is approximately $4800, asking $1500 OBO. Located in Indianapolis, IN. Will require a liftgate to ship. We will get it on a pallet and wrap it, but buyer coordinates and pays for all shipping and other packaging costs.

This unit was originally acquired to steam sterilize a previous canning line to package mixed fermentation productions without risk of contamination to other products. It performed perfectly for its application and always resulted in ATP readings of 0's. As we're no longer using that canning line or packaging those beverages, it's best that we find a new home for the unit. We have the original operating manual and a few accessories including the the steam rated hose and power cord/plug installed. You'll need additional accessories if you intend to use to clean wooden barrels or floor drains.

I am selling my Kreyer Glycol Single Fan Unit (msrp $644.99) used for chillin walk in coolers. Included is a FermFlex Defrost Controller(msrp $1499.99) and Defrost Kit (msrp $404.99). The kit was purchased new from MoreBeer in October 2022. The unit is capable of cooling a 1750 sq.ft. room (1/3 ton cooling capacity) using your existing glycol chiller and includes a solenoid and connection cable for easy integration.
