We have a 3 BBL Premier Stainless pilot system including 4 unitanks, 4 brites, heat exchanger, cellar package, chiller, on demand water heaters, etc - everything you'd need for a cherry pilot set up. We originally paid $92K for the system and a manual keg two station keg-washer in 2014. We are selling everything but the keg washer and some of the cellar items. We are open to selling individual components too. 2 bbl stout tanks all electric system with stand.  3 vessel plus all controllers cords, etc and a sub panel box.  2 conical fermenter  plus a Brite tank.  And additional 4 ss brewtank  1/2 bbl conical fermenter   Massive  portable plate chiller.  1 hp portable chugger.  Approx 60 sankey and corney kegs.  There are extra parts,tools and hoses, dump cart, paddles, Oxgenator and hundreds of little items any brew house may need.

**FOR SALE** 100% fully operational grain to glass brew system ready to sell. This is a skid mounted system with everything you need to brew, ferment, carbonate, etc. On the skid there is an electric boil kettle with new 220v heating element, hot liquor tank and mash tun combo, conical fermenter, heat exchanger, temp controllers, pump and control panel and brite tank. All hard plumbed with new pump seal kit and all new wiring. We have recently expanded and do not have a need for her any longer. This system has built our brewery over time and is ready for a new home to continue it's legacy. This system was originally owned by Sea World in San Antonio and rumor is they experimented with pilot batches for Anheuser-Busch. This is a 1BBL brewhouse installed at a commercial brewery in 2022. It has had 5 brews. It is being sold with 2 x 2BBL glycol jacketed fermenters. It was ordered new directly from SS Brewtech and wired to single phase. It will require a 60 amp circuit. This is an incredible deal for a highly specialized brewing solution. Our volume is too large to justify its use. Jacketed 3.5 BBL fermenters, manufactured 2015, never actually used. Held in storage for expansion project that never came to fruition. Posting cut sheet here, photos and parts lists available upon request. Some assembly of pipes, valves etc required. Purchaser responsible for moving the fermenters, but we can recommend a local rigger/mover. Asking $4200 each (asking $12,600 for all three, but flexible if you purchase all three).
